Disappointing

It is so disappointing see such a big business that cannot notify their customers of problems they are experiencing. App login is not work as well on the website. Discovery, has no customer care services if you send an email, you get no feedback. Take note customers want a reply back on email not a phone call. Emails is use for traceability on enquiries.
