Disappointed is honestly an under statement!

I am really disappointed with the service i have received from discovery!

I requested for a withdrawal on my provident fund and have been waiting for 2 months for the funds to be paid to me. I esigned in September and got an SMS from them to confirm the withdrawal on whatsapp however their link had a issue which is not my problem, no one came back to me i had to call them and they sent me forms which i filled and sent bqck to them qnd till to date no ome has everr called or email me with an update! Wghen i call i am promised that the funds will be paid and be available on friday but still! I spoke to Tinyiko today who promised to cc me on the complaint but nothing.. well i dont want to start with Fhuli the consultant handling my claim.

I am really disappointed with this company i am 3even considering changing my medical aid!
