Disappointed in Discovery Invest Service - losing R25k

Disappointed, I have been trying to invest R1million for the last month plus with Discovery and they either send me *********** brokers or when I managed to get to an investor from their team, he did not know the tax rules on withdrawel. However, Discoveries boost was good of R150k on my R1million hence I kept pursuing. Its been a long month and still not joy. Finally got to another Discovery investor who knows investment but now tells me as my birthday was on 8th August where I turned 40, i now lose R25k on the boost. This is ridiculous as I have been trying to invest over a month and because of Discoveries incompetence, i now lose R25k - I want this fixed asap !!! or I will move to another investment house.
