DECEASED CLAIM 'IGNORED' BY DISCOVERY INVEST

My husband passed away on 9 January 2018. I have notified Discovery Invest on 30 January and asking what is the process now. Many forms where send which is submitted on 4 Feb to Discovery Invest. I had to pay the oncologist close to R600 to complete two of the forms that Discovery required. NO REPLY (except for auto replies giving me reference no's and that they acknowledge receipt) have I received since I have submitted documents on 4 Feb - again 12 Feb and again 7 March STILL NO REPLY on if they are doing something or still need something or status. Discovery is VERY quick to sell you a policy or investment within minutes but when your loved one dies, then they do not show any interest to assist or advise you. I don't think that this kind of service is what Mr Adrian Gore had in mind when they started Discovery Invest. It is sad that I had to call on the help of Hello Peter in an attempt to get a response from Discovery Invest.
