Continued deliberate negligence and incompetence!
With the simple request for the updated paperwork to facilitate a cash out of my paid up RA on the basis of disability, I still have yet to receive the necessary and CORRECT paperwork to enact this. An untrained 12 year old could be more efficient!
Do your jobs, after all, are you not being paid a salary?????
