company not holding up their end of the bargain

requested a paid up annuity policy on the 27th of November, was told it will take 7 working days to finalize, worse case 10 days.. The 11th was the deadline. I called again yesterday. The gentlemen i spoke to, said he was requesting priority as he cant say where the hold up was. sharp. Today i call, as curtest to check if everything is on schedule, now im told, no. It will be another 3 days. This is really bad business practice, im even wondering if its a good idea to keep my other products as it is clear that, when i die, my kids would struggle to have the life products paying them out..
