Cancellation of withdrawal request whilst amount still qualifying.

Retirement annuity Investment withdrawal cancelled stating investment was above R7000.00 which at the time of receiving the email and until early evening that day this investment had a value of R6992,33. I took screen shots which which clearly show this amount along with policy number as well as the time I was logged into the discovery app showing investments. So at the very time my request was been processed investment amount was still less than R7000.00 yet my withdrawal was cancelled.

This is very clear and apparent that Is was known that the next day my investment amount would go just slightly over R7000.00 but to cancel my request whilst it still held the qualifying amount of R6992,33 at the time request was been processed and until that evening which I captured on screen shot, as-well as immediately emailed through to relevant departments @ discovery invest on which I have received no correspondence.
