BOOK TRANSFER 4 YEARS LATER, NOTHING !!!!!!

I have been busy with a a book transfer from one FSP to another FSP for the last 4 years .... and still getting no where.

Calls are being ignored, e-mails are being ignored, Head Office Front Desk Cape Town ignores my request to speak to someone that can assist, the Commissions Department ignores me, the complaints department ignores me, the call Centre ignores me.

So much for TREATING CUSTOMERS FAIRLY ....
