Boitumelo Mbhele and Lihle Yende

I would like to send my utmost gratitude to Lihle Yende and Boitumelo Mbhele on the amazing service they provided me with when I was claiming for my provident fund. I was very worried as my employer only sent them my claim 6 weeks after I had resigned and they advised me that the claim takes 4 - 6 weeks once discovery receives and that meant I'd have to wait another 6 weeks making the process 12 weeks and with the festive season that was very worrisome however once my claim made it to Discovery, it only took the ladies 5 days to assess and it was paid immediately and for that I am very grateful. A huge thumbs up to them on their service excellence.
