Bad Service Fom Discovery

Once again, I want to do a withdrawal from a investment, R5,000-00. Fillin all the forms and send them away Tuesday the 28 Nov.2023 4 days later I get a Illustration which I must fill in again but on this form it says I want to withdraw R50,000-00, That is now 4 days wasted due to incompetance now I must contact them again and tell them it is R5,000-00 NOT R50,000-00 and wait for forms again. Discovery has the most incompetant bunch of people working with our money, EVERYTIME I HAVE WANTED TO WITHDRAW MONEY THERE IS PROBLEMS. How must You trust them if it goes like this everytime, I need that money for a Dentist appointment Friday 8 Dec. and now I just know I will not recieve that money in time. In the old days they said 4-5 days and your money will be paid out. NOW IT IS 7 DAYS AND NOT ONCE HAS IT HAPPENED. HOW MUST YOU COPE WITH SUCH INCOMPETANCE
