Bad service

Yesterday i wrote a review on discovery invest that has not answered my 2 mails in which i requested an explanation why does the tax certificate not indicate the amount of tax deducted from my annuity . Discovery responded that a answer would be provided. Have still not received any answer yet. Why is it that there is no answer provided yet ? How long does it tale them to answer a simple questiom?
