3month and policy still not cancelled

Good day<br> <br> Its been 3 months sonce i cancelled my retirement fund i even submitted the formal letter as requested 3times and still i am being debited then i have to pay to reverse it again.<br> <br> The funds should be moved to Liberty but Discovery just ignores everything i do <br> <br> This is exactly why i moved to liberty on the first place because of discovery's poor customer service <br> <br> Kindly aort this matter out
