Than was told there was a issue and must wait a additional 3 to 7 working days, than again told a excuse and must wait another 3 days. This is a matter of urgency and it is impossible to talk to someone higher up to resolve this matter. I am tired of being told to hurry up and wait. I need this matter resolved today.
