Unacceptable

My aunt Hazel Arendse suffered a devastating stroke in 2022. She has cognitive deficits and suffers from aphasia. She is not able to work and has been declared temporary incapacitated. Heres my problem. A claim was submitted to your company via her company. She is a breadwinner and a single mother with no income. She was told to expect a payment by 12 nov. My mom has been phoning around on her behalf to no avail. This is unacceptable. This is causing her unneccesary stress and placing her health at risk. Please contact Gail Siebritz ***
