Unable to get hold of Discovery Retirement Funds to resolve a stuck tax directive

SARS issued a Savings Withdrawal Benefit tax directive (No. ***2) in February 2026 following an application submitted by Discovery Retirement Funds on my policy. However, Discovery appears not to have submitted the matching IRP5/IT3(a) certificate for this payout, and as a result SARS has rejected my tax return. I have been unable to get hold of anyone at Discovery Retirement Funds as the calls go unanswered. This is now delaying my SARS tax return assessment I'd appreciate someone from Discovery actually reaching out to resolve this.
