Tumi Buwa has proven to be an absolute professional with HEART! I submitted my request to be paid our my retirement funds due to extenuating circumstances, I kept emailing Discovery retirement funds and they kept replying asking for the same information - delay tactics despite me asking to expedite my claim. Enter Tumi Buwa, He understood the urgent nature of my extenuating circumstances and went above and beyond to try and expedite or even just get a conclusive timeline from Discovery. even after my claim was paid, he still called to check to ensure all was in order.
