The worst

The most frustrating process with getting my provident fund paid out. My administrator is Lerato Makwakwa who does not reply to email or provide any feedback. I had to call in to follow up several times and each time I am advised that they are escalating to management as the claim is out of SLA but nothing has happened since. On Tuesday Lethabo Maribe advised that a tax directive has been submitted and takes 24 hours to get feedback and once feedback has been received then payment would be processed. Again, no feedback from Lerato, not even a courtesy call to advise where she is with the claim. I call in again today and the payment has not been processed and again it has to be escalated to a manager again. I am frustrated that the only feedback I get is when I call in to follow up. You are aware that the claim is out of SLA but no communication whatsoever from the administrator. Can someone who is able to so something about this call me and help resolve this. I am tired of having to call your call center and receive absolutely no help. Thanks
