Terrible service

I resigned from my employer on the 11th May 2023. I am so disappointed by discovery employee benefits staff, 😭 CAN someone please explain to me why discovery people are refusing to pay my Provident fund whereas the employer has confirmed that all the documents were sent to them. I have kids to take care for but it has became very difficult for me.spoke to the broker, who also refused to assist me I have also logged a complaint with PFA PLEASE pay my Provident fund as I am becoming homeless
