!!! Shocking Service !!!

I have been waiting since November 2024 for a payout. It is extremely pathetic for such a big company to take this long to process a claim especially when I have provided all the documents required. I have been calling and emailing and im not getting any assistance. Like does Discovery have no turn around times that they are governed by? Your Turn Around Time is extremely shocking. You are playing with people's livelyhoods!!
