Retirement Withdrawal
Very rude n impatient consultant I just delt with. How can my retirement funds withdrawal still be on stage 1 from the 28th Aug 2024 and we goin for the 28th Sep2024 now. Asked to be transferred to a supervisor n the call was dropped. So disappointed in discovery on how they handle their business. Previous consultant told me it take 20 days from receiving docs for pay out but they are not actioning our claims. The rude n impatient consultant just told me 4-7weeks. What are you teaching your consultants? coz this is very confusing, clearly you are worrying more about 2 pots. Bad Service
