Retirement Funds not paid

I resigned in August 2024, submitted all the necessary documents then I was told to wait to the process, on the 2nd October I received an email that my fund were paid I should wait for 24 to 48 hours to reflect, today is the 14th October still nothing on my account, I keep sending them emails that they dont respond to, when I call they always say they have escalated the matter. I have sent them my last email telling them their behavior took me back to the depression state that made me resign from my job, have been admitted in hospital last week and worse I am not even in South Africa.
