Retirement funds

I submitted my provident fund claim on the 238th of August since them I'm being sent from pillar to post by discovery employees. one guy told me this claim will be finalized by the 9th of October but nothing was paid, i called again on the 11th of October only to be told that claim is that TAX directive stage , tax directive tax 2 days but still no claim was paid. extremely shocking service by discovery retirement fund administrators.
