Provident fund not paid out!!!

l reaigned from Telesure on the 19th of January 2024. l submited my details on the 1st of Febuary 2024 to Discovery to claim my provident fund. l waited for 2 months. l made several inquiries with Discovery however no one wanted to inform me what my claim status is. l had to escalate the matter to their complaints department. They blame Telesure for not submitting but the fund has not been paid for 2 months. They were very quick to cancel my medical aid but stagnant with my provident fund. l had to take the initiative and submit myself. l sent an email to their customerservice and complaints department to follow up. No one has come back to me. l do not know if they will pay me out.
