PROVIDENT CLAIM

It's been 6 weeks now and my money is not yet processed, yet after so many weeks they send me an e-mail asking about my banking details but it was clearly stated on the claim form and clear instruction to withdraw all my money. taking money from me was easy now i have to chase for it, why?Clearly all this is an evil ploy to waste more time not to pay. Filling a formal complaint through the FSCA makes much more sense now. I have "PromiseM2" and 'ItumelengK3" e-mails but nothing so far as always. I want my money now.
