poor client service

Good evening, my last day with my ex-employer was on the 31st of August and I have requested a withdrawal from my provident fund. it's been 2 months still I haven't received the funds. I've sent a couple emails but no feedback. can I kindly be assisted because I am so annoyed and frustrated.
