Pay over all my funds

I resigned in July and the claim was sent to you on 06 August 2024. Waiting for 10 working days will not work for me. You say claims get paid in 4-6 weeks. I have a query on mine and I am told to wait another 10 working days. I do not fall under 2 pot withdrawals and thus I am expecting all my funds to be paid over. Discovery is a great organisation but such inconveniences are not good. I am very disappointed in the turn around time and the constant "we have escalated it and it should take 10 working days" Sort it out now. I cannot be inconvenienced like this.
