Pathetic service

Horrible service. My claim was submitted on the 20th August. I had outstanding information and submitted it then I was told to allow 7-10 working days for the claim to be finalised. It’s day 23 and nothing has happened. First I spoke to a consultant by the name Sia he **** toe me. Then Justin then he told me a different lie. Then Nolo then she **** and didn’t give me the feedback that she promise to follow up on. Then Lebogang also gave me different story. I’m so frustrated because I have to call every second day to be told a different lie but seems like no one is actually doing their work there.
