Pathetic Service

I have no words to explain how annoyed I am at the service received from discovery. 27 November Notice received for notice to withdraw. 21 February and a whole list of Reference numbers and promises to return phone calls and HOW MANY 10 WORKING days have passed already and NO HELP from Discovery. They just do not care to keep to there word. Please there are unemployed people with children RELAYING on your broken Promises. Just resolve this Claim HONESTYLY.

Dont know who to call and how long to be placed on hold again just to hear we will call you back receive a reference number. and never hearing from Discovery until I have to call in again.
