Not such a big Brand Afterall!!!
I have never experienced such difficulty in updating my details so I can get access to MY pension and online profile. You guys are pathetic and the Pits really. 3 months and I can't get through to digital support not can I get a call back after sitting on the line for what feels like my whole life time!!!! Very disappointed with this and really looking to see if there is someone better who wont treat me like a number yet holding very BIG numbers of mine! Besides myself with anguish!! Imagine being locked out of my own Account!!
