Nonsensical customer setvice

After my last complaint its like they are saying they won't attend to my matter since i decided to put them on blast .. Discovery and its nonsensical customer service is going to be the death of me .even top management is so *********** they will send you an email and not even mean what they say . The 10 days they said i sould wait became 20 days,everything they do is automated you can never get ahold of a consultant.
