Livid client

Discovery is the worst company to deal with, the gross negligence and the appalling service that I've received from them is shocking. This company is said to be the best but I beg to differ, their consultants don't follow up on queries, there's no reporting done, they promise to get back to you but never do, queries are left hanging and there is no care in the world of what happens with their clients. I've had to call in more than I can even recall for a claim that was submitted in October 2024 already and nothing has been done, all I keep hearing are excuses after excuses, their managers don't even care themselves. This is the worst company honestly. I wouldn't even recommend them to my worst enemy.
