I want my Money.

Omg I've been waiting for 3 months for my money. I'm unemployed and need the money and everytime I called they tell me to call after 5 working days. Now I get through someone and he tell me he will escalate the WhatsApp option and once I complete the WhatsApp again to wait 10 working days even though I've been waiting 3 months for my money. When I asked for a manager I'm denyed one immediately and told the manager will call me back. I'm angry and I cannot believe this to the point that I will go and tell everyone I know to cancel any discovery product they have. I cannot believe such a big company like this doing this to me I'm in tears even just to get my money.
