i keep having to write a review on Discovery and how they treat families of their deceased employees

i summited a claim for my kids Global education, and i was told the child in high school they paid her fees and the one in primary they still doing confirmations with the school ,this was march 2024 and i was under the impression all was done and paid until now in October the school sent me a statement my child school fees was not paid. i called and i was asked now to resend documents ,i explained in march when i followed up the guy made me resend and now again i need to resend and how come was never told about the claim not being paid ,why did i have to get statement from school first.

I resent the school statement and they said no they need a report of the child and bank statement from school or proof of school account.

My question is the statement sent by the school which i forwarded as is ,should be proof of account and the grade is written they also i think proof of grade no longer matter if we at the end of the school year.

i need assistance as no one seems to care that i have resent document twice and now being asked the third to resend all forms
