I cant get my claims with Discovery

I have completed my off boarding and manual claims form for my benefits,But there is no progress. I call almost everyday there is no update,staff benefits department always tell me the same result for about 2 weeks that they did not receive my claims. Whenever I ask them to forward me to the relevant department to ask them what is outstanding ,they tell me to do follow ups every Tuesdays.

I never though getting my benefits will be a process like this
