Highly unsatisfied and worst experience with Discovery Retirement funds

I'm having the worst experience with Discovery retirement funds.

I have been trying to withdraw my provident fund since 05/03/2025 with them and just have not been receiving any help with this.

I have made numerous calls and sent numerous email with them promising to send me a link on WhatsApp but, to this day have not received any assistance.

I need this to be processed asap as I have things I need to do and commitments to attend to!

This is highly unacceptable!!!

All you get from them is automated emails...

I have never had this issue with Momentum before...
