Global Education Protector - horrible claims process during difficult time.

The service and lack of feedback from Discovery Group Life during a very difficult time has been disappointing. One would expect some support during this time.

The insured member passed away in October 2024 and the insured contributed to the Global Education Protector policy monthly. The late insured member was liable for paying the school fees of his four minor children. All forms and supporting documents have been sent to Discovery, some of it multiple times.

It seems as though Discovery is trying to make it impossible to claim the benefits and trying to discourage claims by making the process as difficult as possible.

E-mails go weeks without being answered.

The children will soon be refused access to the school. Very disappointed.
