Dishonesty and incompetence

I am extremely frustrated with the incompetence and lack of professionalism I’ve experienced regarding my provident fund withdrawal. It’s been over 6 weeks since I was promised that the payment would be processed, but there has been no progress, and I’ve received no updates.

When I reached out for assistance, I spoke to a representative named Olwethu. While she initially seemed helpful and promised to resolve the issue, I’ve learned from previous interactions that such promises are often empty. Her response was no different from the rest of the team – full of empty assurances and no action.

It’s incredibly disheartening to be treated this way, especially when dealing with something as important as your own money. The level of incompetence and dishonesty here is appalling, and I would not recommend this company to anyone based on my experience.
