Discovery's Long Wait For Retirement Funds Payments

I have app**** for a pay out of my retirement funds on the 17 September 2024 and still haven't received my payment but received feedback of payment to be made within 10 working days. After many attempts to contact the discovery retirement fund department I still haven't received my benefit payment. This poor service will surely impact my stay at discovery seeing that I currently have my medical aid and other policies with them definitely have to reconsider.
