Discovery retirement group

I’m very disappointed with the service. I submitted my retirement fund claim but I haven’t received any update or feedback. It feels like I’m being ignored, and this delay is unacceptable for something so important. I hope they respond and sort this out soon. I called and kept on transfered to one department to other. I was given a Brokers contact when I call He told me his no longer with a group. I was given email address emails are not going through.
