DISCOVERY RETIREMENT BENEFIT WORST PLACE TO TRUST WITH YOUR MONEY!!!!

This is the worst company and customer service i have ever had!!!!!!!!! They told me my provident fund was paid out last week i received prove of payment from them and then a week later still no funds in my account!!! They kept on saying check with your bank as there are nothing wrong on their side then finally they said it was never processed by one of the consultants then the next consultant said it was returned .I called everyday and it was story after story and all the consultants stories are different. The manager are refusing to speak to customers . THEY DO NOT KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING. After a week since i received my proof of payment i still do not have my MONEY, only 20 different excuses and a manager that refuses to speak to us as clients. After years that you trust them with your money they do this!!!!!
