Discovery provident fund what a let down

Good Morning

Im extremely disappointed in discovery provident fund I’ve tried to withdraw my provident fund , it’s been 5 months till to date they have been giving me the run around in regards to my provident funds.

My previous employer is not responding to any of our emails nor respond to our calls I asked discovery what’s the procedure when in this situation no response till today from them as to what’s the procedure regarding this issue.

This is very disappointing coming from such a big company like this they don’t care about the little guy

I’m on a call with them every day , sending them emails spending money that I do not have just to withdraw what is rightfully mine .

Just to get a run around in the end what a let down honestly
