Discovery Life website broken for over a year!!!

Discovery's life insurance section on their website has been broken for well over a year now. It is a known problem that they are aware of but truly can't be bothered to fix. There are urgent notices to update beneficiaries but can't do so cos the system is broken. You can't view policy details, can't update beneficiaries. In fact, when I signed up, my beneficiary form was submitted but there's NO beneficiaries nominated under my policy. WTAF Discovery?? The website's been broken for SO long, everyone I speak to at Discovery knows about it, I've had to call different departments to ask them to log it for fixing (WHY am I doing this?? You guys know it's broken!). What kind of mickey mouse nonsense is this?? I can't even view my policy, I can't put through claims because I don't even know what I am covered for. FIX THIS PLEASE!!
