Discovery is refusing to pay my daughter's school fees as per cover my husband took.

My husband passed on 3 May 2023. He had a Global Education Plan for our daughters. I sent all the required documents to Discovery including DHA-1663 and the death certificate. My husband died of shortness of breath and the Doctor and Home Affairs wrote Natural Death. Discovery wants the Doctor to fill in another DDA-1663 form. The Doctor said he did everything by the book. I went to Home Affairs and they said my documents are valid. My eldest daughter is in matric and Discovery is ignoring all my emails. This has been going on since 3 May 2023.

Please assist.
