Discovery Insure is the WORST insurance provider

Discovery has treated my family very poorly during this claim process.

I have been waiting over several weeks for a response on my claim. The Discovery consultants I speak to on the phone are very dismissive and rude to say the least. When I ask to speak to the manager or the person responsible for my claim , I am told they are in meetings and are not available.

I regret every having an employer benefit policy with Discovery.
