Discovery give my son what is his

My baby daddy passed away in March and his pension was with discovery. I had a court order against him for child maintenance. So when he passed I approached his employer who gave me runarounds and I ended up approaching Discovery directly and I send my son's birth certificate,y ID copy, court order and failure to comply since he was owing maintenance. I got a reply from discovery saying they have not received a claim from the employer. Then I went to the employer and they said they delayed in sending the claim but now it's now with Discovery. So since March I've been sending emails and I don't get response from them anymore. Mind you this person was married to someone else when he passed so what should happen to my son? Is he not untitled to get his portion from his father's pension? I've been emails from March till now and I'm not getting any help
