Discovery employee benefits is a circus and a a ****!

I have been calling DIscovery employees benefits from last month enquiring on my claim to withdraw my pension, first I was told they had not received confirmation from my employer. I did not get any communication from them there after I had call them again after a month which I was told that had tried to send me a WhatsApp link supposedly which I didn't respond to! I did not receive anything from them,asked them to resend the link which they promised to escalate to management,called them again today as I had had to resend their forms last week and did not receive confirmation of the escalation nor the forms I was asked to fill in. When I called again today to follow up was told my query was resolved still no link or communication to inform me of such! Yet again had to send docs and asked to speak to manager nothing promised call back.not happy with service from their consultant no timeframes given and being transferred between without an explanation 😭. What a ****show, ridiculous and a joke on how they promise exceptional service but don't deliver.Dont trust them with your pension fund!
