Discovery delaying to pay claims and does not maintain their own time frames

Discovery is holding my pension fund hostage by being extremely slow to respond to my queries and managers refusing to return my calls or acknowledge my emails. I called their call centre and spoke to Olwethu who was rude & condescending, The complaints department on Friday and told me about an additional 21 days ,when I was initially told the claim would take 4-6 weeks and I was promised I would get the funds by Friday ,they promised to call me back today and nothing happened.I am so frustrated and angry with discovery. This service is atrocious and disgusting for such a big company.
