Delayed/Neglected withdrawal!!

Delayed/Neglected withdrawal!! I submitted my claim on the 17 September 2024 via online link/platform, the claim process was supposed to take 4-6 weeks, on the 6th week I called to follow up, after numerous attempts calling the call center I finally managed to reach a very unfriendly consultant who was laughing and not knowing what's going on, she advised that they don't have any claim docs from me and I should send an email (which was responded to 3 days later) and they will re-send a form for me to complete and the process will take another 4-6 weeks, this was on the 7th October 2024. I've sent a couple of emails to ask what happened to my initial documents to date I am still waiting for the manager to call regarding the initial request and to get the claim feedback.

The client service is bad! No accurate turnaround time!! Which makes me wonder.....
