Delayed withdrawal

Just like most of the reviews on this platform. I withdrew my retirement annuity when I moved jobs , I did this on 16th of October. I been calling and emailing since then and still haven't received any payment. Response times are awful. There's a bunch of incoherent idiots working there who make empty promises. I can't wait to stop all my other policies with these idiots. Do not invest money with these people they'll try and hold onto it as long as possible. Horrible horrible experience.
