Delay on payout

I am extremely disappointed in the service. Why take on business that you can not meet the requirements for the clients when their money is meant to be paid out.

I was told to wait 10-15 working days for my retirement fund which the process had delayed because of discovery from December month

Today is day 15 and I am being told to wait til the 10th. No,I want my money

It shouldnt take over 3mnths for Provident fund to be paid out.i wanty money
